Was there a few years ago, it's on a piece of land between rivers and is prone to flooding.

It may well have been revamped since I was there as it was looking a little tired at that time. It was also a Eurocamp type site so full of Kids in the summer.

Railway station is about 20 minutes walk away and is a good link into Paris by train and then onto the metro.

Fairly easy to get to, but a narrow road onto the site.

Generally OK and good for getting into the City.

The Bois de Boulogne Camp Site is located in western Paris, along the Seine river, in a 17 acres site in the woods, 15 mn away from the Champs Elysees. It is the only camping site in Paris.

Been there, we found it expensive. Very busy site reception open about 18 hrs a day. We paid a deposit to reserve a pitch, but it was not a deposit it was a booking fee, bit of a shock, very handy for the red light district of paris !!

Thanks for the info about "booking fee". Like you we thought it was a deposit to secure pitch...bit naughty really.
