Orange email woe,s (1 Viewer)

I have been having problems for a few weeks opening my Orange email page
It takes ages then I get a ,Page not found, message

It,s driving me nutsoh:oh::Angry::Angry:

I have been in touch with Orange and they say that a small number of users are having the same problem

If it goes on much longer i shall be looking for a new provider:Angry::Angry::Angry:

Anyone else having the same problems

i am having problems to when i go to open my emails it is so slow but eventualy it does open.
When i try to delete messages it also takes a while to delete them.

I think i will be looking for a new provider anyone recommend one:thumb:

If I use Internet Explorer it will not load the reply to e-mail page or create page fully, but it works OK in Firefox.

there is alot to download on these pages and they can take a while - orange has had issues lately in certain areas where the whole network was down for a while, though not noticed it myself.

You could try another browser which may download quicker - on 3 mobile, i usually direct to another browser and find what I want before 3's homepage downloads - so it is possible to speed things up.

Try going to orange via another browser, or even through a different search engine if you use those. you will notice a dfference! Try using a homepage such as bing, and then tap in orange and see if it makes a difference - failing that swap browsers over to firefox, chrome or similar.
