We are currently in Peniscola, Spain. Our water heater seems to be working intermitently. Sometimes will get hot on electric or gas, other times just luke warm. Central heating seems to be working okay, but obviously not required at present. We can manage while on sites, but when we get to France hoping to use Aires so could do with the water heater. Any ideas, as it is intermittent, its obviously not a fuse.

That sounds like a thermostat problem
