Currently installing 215w panel on roof and connecting via 30A charge controller to LB. I store my MH many miles from my house and use at irregular intervals so looking to get some sort of trickle charging for starter battery.
Options are:
1. add some wiring to 215w panel as a fused jumper between + on LB and + on starter battery and remove fuse when using MH but replace when stored.
2. Use a 5w panel I have lying around and make up a cigarette lighter cable to plug in when stored. The PV is diode protected so no battery drain. Handy as I could leave it on my car when away in MH!

Any thoughts on which would work best?

The only CTEK b2b charger I can find is the D250s which although I think will do the job is £207. I see a cak branded one on CAK website but no price I can see.

I guess something like this would be a good solution if more costly.
