A little bit of praise here for an excellent dealer.

We had some problems in Spain last summer following a service we had at Becks. We mentioned it to them because there appeared to be a non Fiat part they had used which had failed and we wanted an assurance that only Fiat parts would be used.

We took it back in for an engine and habitation service, a full wash, a big repair to a broken cycle rack and the installation of an outside electric point.

We collected it this morning expecting a bill of between £700-£800.

The actual cost ? £0

They said we were not charged because they had spoiled part of our Summer holiday, we are nice people and didn't rant and rave at them.

Absolutely amazed at the gesture so a very big thumbs up for Becks.

Now we feel guilty

Have been there a few times as local to us to look at Burstner, although we stayed with RVs , always a friendly welcome, no pressure approach :thumb:

We bought a motorhome from Beck's. Their service is superb and I would not hesitate from buying from them again. Lovely people who value your custom. :thumb:

Treacle write them a letter thanking them for the way you have been looked after and that you will use and recommend them, it will probably be put up on the wall in the premises, what a generous thing from a dealer:thumb:

We will do. Plus, I think we will put a few hundred £ in with a card for their Xmas party.

I was completely shocked and uncomfortable about it to be honest.

They are in business after all.
