Anyone know how I prevent getting emails?,when I comment on a thread I seem to get an email alert everytime someone posts subsequent comments.

There's probably a 'proper' way of doing it but I just marked one as junk, now they all follow... then I just empty the junk box occasionally.

There's a setting in your profile.

In fact there's loads of settings !

In the profile editor choose Edit Options from the list on the left. Set Default Thread Subscription Mode to No email notification. Click on Save Changes at foot of page.
