Hi Scotjimland,
If i download this file will it work ok in a Garmin?
I have downloaded a poi file from here before for M/H parking friendly parking areas and that worked fine,

It will 'work' in a Garmin.In so far as you will be able to open a list of Custom POI's in 'Extras'-click on the one you want,then it will take you there.
However,as I have recently found out,my Garmin 1490 cannot be set to give an 'Alert' when within a prescribed distance of any POI's.
For me this is a 'no-no' and sort of negates the point of putting custom POI's on there.
