What is meant by your motorhome having a "garage"?
I am sort of assuming that it is a large locker sort of thing, but I am usually way off these things when I actually find out what they are, TOAD for instance, took me ages to realise what they were.

correct....a large locker, with oversized doors passing right through (usually) from side to side at the rear.
usually under a fixed bed.

occasionally large enough for a small motorbike/scooter.

a garage is a large locker in the rear of the motorhome that can accomodate a couple of bike, scooter or motorcycle. A fixed bed is usually found on the top of it. so there you have it.

When I first joined here, I had this really strange idea that people took big gazebo things to park under

Most delude themselves but in Italy this MH parked up, back opened and out cam a FIAT Panda. Now that is a garage ?

I was so shocked I didn't grab my camera.

Have you seen the pic's of the rv, with a merc sports coming out of the side that is a garage to be proud of. Pete :thumb::thumb:

there used to be a german went down to agadir . carried a vw transporter and 3 big moto crossers in the back of his volvo bus camper.and full snap on tool boxes . now that was a garage.
some of the big yachts in porto banus have car and big stuff in them as well . not only have boats worth millions but cars enough as well. ok for some. a dax monkey bike for me .
