I think most motorhome builders have stopped fitting the front window blinds now. We had the same with our Bentley Oulton, we had a word with Richard Bentley and explained that when we were wild camping on aires etc it was a matter of safety to be able to drive away without having to get out of the motorhome and remove the external blinds.

The result is that four months after we bought our Oulton he has fitted folding blinds to the front and side windows in the cab, free of charge, and will be doing the same to all other motorhomes they make.

Bentley is a company who listen to what their customers need and want and incorporate their feedback into subsequent motorhomes. They did exactly the same when we asked to have a larger locker door under the bed to make storing our Lafuma chairs easier, now all the Oultons have the larger locker door. This is just a couple of the changes they made to the build.

Bentley Motorhomes ethos of working with the customer, showing them round the factory and including them in the build is in the minority these days, most motorhome manufacturers say 'take it or leave it that's the way it is'!!
