Have just spent a leisurely half hour or so trawling through this section and have read many of the threads, old and new with interest. I do note that many of the threads are asking for recommendations/comments about camp sites, particularly here in Spain which prompts me to ask...... why so few Camp Site Reviews on this forum ?
Having been running for some years now and with a (paying) subscriber list in the order of 1000 (circa) I am astonished to see that in all categories within the Review section, UK/Europe/Rest of World there are only 67 original review entries by members/subscribers !! A number of these reviews have been "reviewed" by member users but they do not count as entries to the database.
For my part, as a relative newcomer to the world of MH'ing, such reviews are a vital part of my trip planning as details in publications/guides etc are of course biased. The best information for site quality/facilities and costs are those made by satisfied or dissatisfied users, and I always make a point of passing on such information for others to share.
So, come on members, share your experiences of camp sites/aires /wild camping locations with the rest of the membership.
Regards, Bryan
