I have checked the one in the cassette and it's ok although I don't know what it's for , I have taken out the PCB that has the push button on and everything is intact, so still at a loss. It worked perfect this morning but things do till they break. Our PCB used to fall off the back of the button when you say there is only one fuse do you mean the one that there sometimes is in the cassette compartment.
where can I find the solenoid ?Often a faulty or sticking solenoid.
