Had my BB Curve for about a year now and the battery is about goosed.. barely lasts a day, even with the apps closed and screen dimmed..

Apparently this isn't uncommon with the BB curve .. as I discovered by reading a few forums.

Anyways, it has a list price of £19.99 but after a bit of Googling found it for £3.02 from an Amazon dealer; Mobile Phone Accessories.

Original Blackberry , not a generic , so well pleased .. ::bigsmile:

So, if your looking for a phone battery or accessories >>>

Good find.

Had a similar experience with my 8900 a few years back. Did the battery physically go out of shape?

New battery and it was fine again.

Battery duly arrived less than 24hrs after ordering ..

Popped it in and charged it up... that was five days ago and it's just needing recharged today .. phone has never been switched off and I've been using as normal.

That's about the same length of time the original battery lasted when new..

one of life's great mysteries .. we lose it on top and grow in our nose and ears instead.

try waxing ... or singeing with a Zipo :roflmto:

When a LiPo does that you are holding a potential fire bomb.

Don't put it near anything flammable.

Is there a difference between singeing with a Lipo and singeing with a Zipo? ::bigsmile:
