Greetings everyone, just saying hello!
Started looking into campers (T25's) a while ago as we like to spend weekends away and hotels and dogsitters started costing too much! Considered plunging in with a bank loan and a larger vehicle after the missus decided a bit more space would be called for than in a camper - but have now bought an old 1986 Renault Traffic Autosleeper for £1500 to see how we get on! Haven't even picked it up yet, but looking forward to 'tinkering' and putting our stamp on the surprisingly well equipped and basically nice vehicle! At that money I don't expect miracles - but equally, if we get some fun out of it it will be well worth it - and nothing to lose really! Found a great website called motorhomestopover which lists pubs to stay at (in the car park), so since I own a local microbrewery will have to call these weekends 'business trips' !!!
...let the exploration of the nations pubs begin!
