LPG full or empty (1 Viewer)

I ought to know this, but I don't.

My LPG tanks have a simple meter on top that shows green for "gas is on and present" or red for "empty or turned off".

I have it in the back of my mind that there are some magnetic strips that give a indication as to how much gas in still in the tank.

Do they exist or am I just having senior moment?

If they do exist what key words will help me find some on ebay?
