Hols looked lovely, the aire at Fecamp I wouldn't describe as wonderful exactly, if it's the one along the side of the tourist info office? but it is wonderfully situated for Fecamp, isn't it? and of course if you do get a smashing view of all the boats. Or is there another one now? the official one where the borne was, was on the sea wall - but high concrete walls both sides and they were your view - and the surface far too steep and had far too short bays for ours - which is only just over 6m.

yeah your right about fecamp, what I judge an aire on is its ability to serve something, ie in Fecamp and Honfleur's case the actual town and without having to put hiking boots on to explore it. And of course the fact I love yaughts yotts yauts oh fgs Boats!!! helps.

What is the irony of the black dog :Eeek:

Thanks Andrew, I was lost in my world of Blogging and looking for the connection of fecamp aire and a black dog :Doh:

haven't heard it called the Black dog since Winston was treated :Smile:

Sounds like you had a great time, we are still in France and loving the hot weather just now. We used one of the aires you told me about so thanks very much as it was a great place to stay.

I have never done a blog before but after reading yours i may give it a go when i get home.
