enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
as the title says, we have just placed a deposit on an Adria Matrix 670 SLT Plus. Can anyone advise on any specific 'things' to look out for or check? its an auto gearbox, 2018 model, so just under 3 years old.

Also can anyone advise on the numbering system and their meaning? what does 670 relate too? Does the SLT just mean Single Twin beds? what does the Plus stand for?

thanks

the SLT does mean single beds, and a shower room across the back. i believe ( but not sure ) the plus has uprated interior fabrics, better mattress.

we have a Coral 670 SLT and love it, great build quality ours is 9 years old now and had it from new with no issues with the Adria side of things.

if its an auto box then it is likely on an uprated chassis but check as 3500kgs are unlikely to be enough payload.

S stands for Semi Dinette (L shaped seat)
L Stands for Longitudinal Single beds
T Stands for Toilet in the back

The 670 is the length class but does not seem to correspond to the actual length (New Coral 670 is roughly 7.5meters long)

Plus relates to the spec level of the motorhome. ( One of the differences is New Plus Vans have Truma heating where the Supreme has Aldi heating)

Now i am bored with waiting and have resorted to internet browsing and buying .....

can anyone advise if they have fitted additional extras to their Adria, specifically B2B (looking at a a Sterling 30 or 50 Amp), Vanbitz batter master or are they not needed as on board systems are more than adequate? considering adding air suspension as its not an Alco chassis and we had a Bolero with it on and were quite impressed with it

i will def be fitting another leisure battery - currently (bad pun) only has one but i have been informed that i could fit two, and some sort of solar set up - prob as much as i can fit on

can any other Adria owners suggest what they added extra that they deemed to be required please, thanks

I fitted rear air assist during first lockdown great investment.
Don't believe that B2b is fitted, I don't have any issues that would require a battery master as ehu and solar charge both batteries

Insurance will more than likely want a tracker so something to consider. I have got the auto comformatic no problems. Going to get it up rated before next trip to Europe šŸ¤”

ours also has an auto gearbox on a 2018 vehicle, i understand its a 130 BHP, and i was also considering having it uprated, but until i collect, i dont know what has or hasnt been done. we previously had a tuning chip fitted by TDI tuning, which was great but dearer than having the 'simpler' engine retune

Ours was already mapped to 150 bh and I find it pulls decent and fuel consumption good. When saying uprated I did mean weight wise as the limits are tight

I bought the ebay kit, the suspension bags are good quality but I changed the pipes and the gauge.
Wanted individual control to each bag.
Took a couple of hours to diy fit, easy enough job.

I fitted these bellows and fittings
<Broken link removed>

but i changed the guage to this one pictured and new pipework to suit from Marcle Leisure. I made the stickers up for my benefit.

I did this as i wanted control of either side independently. I did this as the kit connects the guage via a T piece which in my opinion is not a good idea. movement of air from one side to the other if there is additional weight or pressure on one side. It may be small but i think that needs changing.
Total cost was just over Ā£300

I fitted the same one. Seemed good quality and they are Rubena bags. I asked the seller for an extra gauge and pipeline so that I have 2 independent air bags. Very simple to fit. You only need to remove existing bump stops. No need to remove the u bolts for the existing leaf springs.

it was simple to fit and as you say they are decent quality air bags. I also run my air lines inside some cable protection. a bit belt and braces but it looks neat and they are extra prtected.

Hi guys
Very interested in this, any chance of photographs of the the airline routing, assume in garage, but how tight are the bends where it comes through the floor or do you use right-angle couplings? We have Adria Coral 670 SL built November 2018 (2019)? so not sure if this is different layout & chassis. Also is there any noticeable difference in driving at speed?
Best, Colin

Fitted gauges in the garage. No joints in the air line. Just mafe a bend with no kinks under the floor. Sealed the holes with CT1. ran the pipes along the chassis inside some piping for protection. I ran to the middle near the handbrake cable fixing then to the airbags. The airline entry is on the bottom of these bags so there needs to be room for moment in the line. A big bend in the lines gives that flexibility

Turn value on to make each separate line live.
I chose to have 1 guage with 2 individual lines. The lines are not connected.
The 670SLT only has a one sided tall locker on the rh side.

The easier option and cheaper may be to do what IRHP has done.
Then you get live reading of the line pressure.
It really is easy to fit.
The most difficult bit is removing the existing bump stops with a cold chisel on the edge and a large hammer to unscrew themšŸ˜²

Many thanks for your help and photos.
Mine is the same layout as yours and looks a neat job to do.
Is that a scissor -type Jack underneath the waste tank!?
Did you have to raise the rear without pressure on the axle to fit the bags?
Lastly, hope your gonna treat the surface corrosion on the axle with Waxoyl soon! Down south we don't get too much salt corrosion from roads.

Sounds like a lot of corrosion on the nuts!
Don't feel like cold chiselling mine

Thanks for your help advice but you did not say what the difference the ride height and stability was after fitting.
Cheers.
