Well yes there is only two days left in March but the weather is just to nice to sit around until Thursday. So have taken the van off SORN taxed it, I know 2 days for March but a couple of days out to West Wittering sitting in the sun is the reward. Plus will give the van a good wash down whilst sitting there.
If anybody is near the West Sussex area I can highly recommend the West Wittering estate for the day with the MH. Only £2 for the day beautiful walks. Make sure you bring your own supplies because nothing else open(other than toilets)

West Wittering estate had become pre booked only, but may not be at the moment , it may be worth checking in advance of arrival.
Yes they still have the pre booking system but off peak they have pay at entrance(card only)

Just an update for anybody who uses the West Wittering Estate beach

Many will know that in June 2020 after the release from the first lock down the estate introduced a pre booking app for visitors. That way they controlled attendance and you could not pay at the gate

There is new procedure in place as of this Spring.

There is a big sign by the payment booths that clearly outlines the following. You can either guarantee entrance by reserving entry via the app (same cost as cash at gate) You can also opt to pay by card at the entrance booths.
It clearly states that once any capacity is reached cash payers will be refused entry and entry allowed to those who have booked via the app only.

So as the weather gets better and the site gets busier it maybe more prudent to book in advance.
