It's not on ebay it's on jlwd.co.uk

If you want to search ebay for vehicles go to
http://www.ebay.co.uk
Then use their search facility. Don't use google or bing to search for vehicles on ebay.

If you already know this I apologise but quite a few people seem to use search engines for ebay for some reason and the search engines can be played to allow scams like this.

I clicked on ask a question and it is a total different format to Ebay's.

Can't see how you can report it to Ebay as it's not on their site.

But as you say, obv. a scam.

As this is not the first time I have seen this domain used for scamming I have contacted Nominet. (I am a member with voting privileges ) I have also contacted the hosting provider's abuse dept.

Hopefully something will come of it.

Nominet are dealing with the fact the owner of the domain has the domain registered as an individual and has privacy mode switched on. This is not allowed for domains used for business purposes. He will either be forced to turn off privacy mode or remove the business from the site I am guessing.

I am still waiting to hear from the hosting provider. If nothing comes of it I will contact enom and see if they can take action.

Well done Gromett :thumb: no idea how you did all this but if anyone got ripped off by this it would be very easy for the old bill to follow it up.After all you have done the work for them :thumb: BTW I have not seen any more scams of this type for a few weeks now so well done again.
