No reason not to carry on chatting in Roberts thread too. As the weigh-ins happen then people will have something to chat about. Also working on a block for the front page of that module that will show the last 20 weigh-ins making it easy to see whats happening and to encourage others

Not sure about Armytwowheels with me it's more like Diver three tyres. Thinking about it when I was a kid learning to swim I had an old car inner tube to help me stay afloat. Now I've got three built in .

I'll have a go as I have ballooned even more with having to stay home due to shielding. Exercise in the house is really boring and although I have tried to eat properly it is very difficult when people are shopping for me and often add "a little treat".

Steroids mean I am bloated in any case..... really missing the cycling and kayaking.

On your phone check the 3 bars at the top left ,scroll down and the weight loss tracker is two thirds down the list.if you use a laptop then it's on the top bar. Jim has to let you in though, it's not for nosey parkers.
