I have a bought the 2 GB card.

I have gone on line to Tom Tom and bought Western Europe mapping 99 euros.

I have tried to download it but cant.

I now see shipped come up on my account (does this mean it's coming via post now?) I don't see a shipping charge

Whats the situation now guys in the post or downloadable?

if you purchased the 2gb card from tomtom they may ship it with your maps on

i purchased my 2gb card from ebuyer and opted for the same maps as you but to be downloadable, was very easy to do i must say

I have tried downloading ittime and time again.

All I can see is it's authorised and shipped (but no postage charge)

I really am at the point of smashing it up.

Not sure where your up to but...

If you have not installed tomtom Home, do that. I think tomtom Home accesses your online tomtom account and allows you to install to your attached tomtom device directly.

I had done Tom Tom home and was getting nowhere and kept telling me my codes were 1 day out of date.

Trying to get customer services to send a email was hell. They never replied but tried again this morning and sailed through although i have lost all my points of interest and other bits but heh ho

Paid for speed cameras this morning to and all went hunky dory

It's not going to get smashed up nowtwas on borrowed time last night
