I went looking for AV but did not find it..

Why was there no second, third and fourth choice options on the AV ballot form? :Sad:

Been and done it. Went in without the polling card, gave them my name and first line of address, nothing wrong with that but I could of been anyone other than me and they would of been none the wiser. Oh and my MIL who has dementia votes by post and she wanted Graham to post it for her, when he looked at the form she had ticked all the boxes oh:, what could he say

I voted early this morning.

I voted yes.

My reasoning ?

After the student loan debacle I elected to vote against anything the Tories wanted. A somewhat naive way to conduct myself I know but I feel better for it. Voted Tory since about 1983 but NEVER again.

I have to say that here in Lincoln the AV vote was a NO by only 26% of the electorate.

Not what I would call a resounding majority......unless the rules of a majority changed when we became part of the EU?????

This is the reason why AV would have been much fairer...I'm sure that anyone with a very basic knowledge of maths can see why...

What percentage of the votes counted in Lincoln on Thursday night said NO to AV .
My thinking is that the electorate is the total members of the population that have the right to a vote. We didn't get a 100% turn out....did we?
