Well my New Years resolution to do more exercise is still going strong :thumb:

This is me at the end of a three mile bike ride around the camp-site this afternoon.

I'd already done 24 lengths of the local swimming pool this morning

Of course there is a down side to everything all this time you are spending in the sun exercising means you are being forced into missing running that lorry company and transporting carrots for tesco for tuppence a load. You must be gutted

Thanks everyone for the massive 'pat on the back', I'm sure it will spur me on to carry on with what I set out to do.

It was always intended that my time here would be spent trying to recuperate from the surgeries I had last year and improve my overall health and fitness. This has proved difficult at times, especially when those around me are 'on holiday' eating, drinking etc. etc., so thanks again.

I would like to know how you can look so glamourous afte a bike ride when I would be sweating buckets.
