Hymer Fiat Ducato B564 2.5 TD 4 Berth Motor home 1988
Will be SORNed end of May 2020
Millage: 150,000 km
My motor home is no longer getting used as much as I'd like so it's unfortunate but it has now come time to sell on and let someone else enjoy it as much as I have.
Drove to Andorra from Surrey last year for the men's Downhill MTB championships 2019, managed to get as far as Toulouse before the radiator blew in the heatwave. A brand new one fitted in France (receipts to prove) and then drove it back no problems. Run's and drives well and has a fifth gear for those long motorway journeys. Surprisingly economical too. Cruises nicely at 70 mph.
I bought it 6 years ago and took a year off work to travel Europe, I did a "DIY" refurbish interior job before going so it is not in original condition. Since getting back from my travels it has been in storage. If you have a serious interest, I have lot's of pictures which will hopefully answer all questions regarding condition, that I can forward to you.
If you have further questions or want to know any thing more please feel free to ask. This is NO show winning motor home but it has been a reliable and comfortable companion since I have been the owner. Will need a bit of TLC and can be supplied with a FULL MOT . I have decided to keeping it off the road for now to stop it getting damaged by vandals, other traffic ETC. It is clean & dry no damp. PLEASE NOTE: The log burner will NOT be part of the sale.
