We have just replaced all our spotlights with these from ebay - Item number: 300489937111.

They arrived within a week, and are excellent. We were suprised how bright they were and there is hardly any heat at all. We need to save as much battery life as possible so we are very pleased indeed and would recommend them. Cost 99p and 99p postage.

I suspect these are so cheap because they use the older type LEDs. They also appear to be 12V as opposed to the 8V-30V of the more expensive ones. Possibly this may lead to a shorter life in use, then again you can afford to replace a few at that price.

I don't want to sound daft, but do you just pull out the old lights and push these in? Don't you have to do anything else?

Absolutely nothing just change the bulbs. We have fitted a few and are very pleased with them, they are much brighter than the spots they replaced.

Make sure you get the right ones though, ours have 2 straight pins that just push in.

Hi Keith. I've just been out to the MH (to get the only bottle of wine near our house) and discovered that our bulbs are little round ones, which don't pull out. I tried to turn them, thinking they might screw in, but no such luck. They also have individual rocker switches. Hmmmm. Any ideas?:Smile::Smile:

Ours look like these, if yours are different you will have to get one out to make sure which sort they are. These ones do have rocker switches to operate them
