Hi guys
we are looking for a lock barrel for the rear door of an ex RAF Transit ambulance---------bit of an off-chance I know-----the only info I have is --it's a 1990/1 and stamped on the barrel is the word ''overton''--------any clues would be appreciated

Whats wrong with the existing lock?? If you have no keys take it to a locksmith they will be able to cut you a key to suit and if its not working properly take it to a locksmith they may well be able to fix it.

Dont replace it, repairing it may be quicker and easier :thumb:

Hi Dazzer
The barrel had something jammed in it and broken off---------it's our Aussie friends van, they took it to two locksmiths----in Glasgow --they couldn't help--- he then went and smashed the barrel getting it out---------they contacted the Co's. suggested and is trying to sort it out------------------they are now in Dover going to Paris tomorrow.
They tried to subscribe to MHF this morning -------but ANOTHER problem with NEW laptop. They E-mailed us tonight-have bought a cheap key-board to get it going !!!!It's under warranty---but they have to return it to GLASGOWoh:oh:
