Hi everyone
Have to go to Amsterdam with my amercian rv. This is our first time into Europe. Can anyone advise a camp site near there and one near calias also do i need any special adaptors.

Afraid we are no help to you at all:Doh:--------'snowbird' will be a handy guy for any Dutch/RV help.-------Are you running an onboard lpg tank ? Do you have re-fillable bottles ?

You'll need to buy an adapter to change the normal EHU plug to a continental two pin one.

might i suggest that you change from calor (blue bottle) if thats the calor you mean to propane (red bottle) you will need to also change the regulator unless you have the bulkhead mounted one.

The temps at the mo are too low for butane calor(blue) to work properly

I have stayed at all of these at various times though not recently however I think amsterdam-bos is not open in the winter, Zeeburg is definitely all year and has the shortest walk to the Tram. Vliegenbos has a longer walk but then a free ferry to the back of the Central Station. Zeeburg has a tight turn under a bridge, but largish RVs do get in.

If you are having an LPG tank fitted it will have the Dutch/English connector, France is different. If using a Bottle you can get a refill adapter.
