Try this - delete all cookies on your PC. If you don't know how to do it separately go to 'Disk Clean-up' and make sure that the 'Cookies' box is ticked.

I have had huge problems with this site and removing all cookies solved it immediately. I am convinced that a rogue cookie is being installed which is messing up some of us.

I'd be interested to learn if this helps.
