I like version c but don’t want to have to do a lining as that’s beyond my ability ..,,
I think I am doing version B+ ( a bit of c if I can)

it’s from fabric godmother , I have had it a while, ‘faux mohair coating’ is the description.

I am calling it my Covogue coat .

Motorhomed for almost 7 years - now going nowhere!
Jenben Hope your coat goes better than my attempt. It absolutely drowned me so I unpicked it all and it now lies in large pieces waiting for further inspiration. I fancy doing some dressmaking so I went through my stash of fabric and dress patterns at the weekend. These days I am not so confident to make anything without making it up in old sheeting.

Thought I'd have a go at something simple to start with so I'm looking for a pattern for a lightweight crochet cardigan length bolero with short sleeves. Beginners level so not too complicated.
Probabaly edge to edge opening not buttons.
Probably to be done in cotton yarn.
I've looked on t'internet and although there's loads of boleros and loads of cardigan I can' find what I'm looking for.
Any ideas anyone please?

Have you looked on Ravelry? Drops is another good site. https://www.garnstudio.com/

Mrs C has started her latest crochet project.

I’ve been helping unravel the chunky yarn and strip out smaller threads.

Can you tell what it is yet?

On and off for many years.
Blocks for the bed covers all part complete...... one block fully complete and the others in various stages.

I am also pinning out the blocks for my Dad's blanket and will have to finish that once all his blocks are squared up.

The trouble is I keep seeing lots of lovely designs I want to make :)
