Happy Christmas and a very good New Year to all.
We are now at Dolbeare in Landrake near Plymouth. We were working our way to here via CL's etc but started to find that the weather was taking it's toll on the smaller sites so came here earlier than expected, bit of a shock as there is about 2 to 3 inches of snow. as we came up the road it was-is still-compacted snow. But we got a very warm welcome.
Found a good pitch in the middle and have had good weather, still got the snow-too cold for it to go yet-but we get the sun all day, yes SUN:thumb:
I've decorated the van up and put food out for the birds, got a huge lump of beef to cook on the Cobb & plenty of booze so all sorted.:thumb::thumb:

I'm putting out for eight blackbirds and 5 robins. If they don't see me at 8am and 3pm they start chirping outside the door to tell me off 'cos I'm late!
