These pictures show a fighter plane (Call sign Bosco 2) coming in close to the back door of a C-130 (call sign Nester 26) for a photo shoot

He radio's "Nester 26, how close do you want me"

Picture 1: Nester 26 "Bosco 2, tighten up a little more"

Picture 2: Bosco 2 "Hows this?"
Nester 26 "Tighter please"

Picture 3: Bosco 2 "How about now?"
Nester 26 "Can you get any closer?"

Picture 4: Bosco 2 "OK, is this what you want?"
Nester 26 "Your getting there, just a little more"

Picture 5: Bosco 2 " Close enough"!!

Probably a dead spot immediately behind, same as getting close up (tailgating) an Artic improves your MPG, no wind resistance.
