Greetings from deepest Hampshire

Having been a caravanner for 45 years I thought it about time to change to one with an engine. I am currently waiting to view a secondhand Mirrage 5000 Air (2000 with 47k miles)) due in to the dealers this week. All being well I should be up and running within the next 10 days or so. Any suggestions what to look out for would be welcome including the order of price I should be paying.

Hi and welcome to motorhome fun I am not familiar with the vehicle you are purchasing but here are a few tips

lay on the bed and make sure it fits you
check cooker will it hold what you cook
check fridge - does it have a freezer compartment does it suit your needs
check for damp
I am sure other more experienced members will post some helpful details soon. Jim our ringleader does some very good publications too
