Hi Jaws, it made me laugh when I first heard it. Another one from a long time ago when working in Australia.

Oz Mate: "You know what politicians are like?"
Me: "Yeah, I know what politicians are like!"
Oz Mate: "Nah, politicians are like bananas."
Me: "Bananas?"
