Hi everyone THE MEET IS ON xxxxxxxxx so heres all the information I can think of:
The meet is being held at Waldegraves, Mersea Island which is just outside Colchester in Essex.

Pitch prices £15 per night which includes 4 people. extra people charged at £3 per night.
Dogs charged at £2 per night each
The cost INCLUDES your saturday night HOG ROAST :thumb::thumb::thumb:
Check in after 3pm
Latest departure time on Sunday is 3pm.
gate deposit if you need it will be £10 which is refundable providing the access key/card is returned.
We have booked pitch 236 and everything is the same as last year.
For those who didnt join us here goes:
We CAN meet/greet and barbeque in the sink area - providing we leave it clean and tidy.
If the pitches are too wet we can use the roadway in the centre of the touring field and the car park by the toilet block instead as long as the exits are not blocked, so bring long electric leads just in case.
The Hog Roast weekend starts Friday 26th November to Sunday 28th November with the main event on:-
Sat 27th End of Season Party with Hollywood Showband - come and celebrate the end of the 2010 season with caberet and a hogroast
Remember to bring your best fancy dress too. That goes for both adults and the children - but it is optional. Apart from hogroast, last year they also had a variety of food choices including curry and vegetarian dishes so dont worry if you dont eat pork.
There is an onsite restaurant that does an excellent sunday roast which is value for money especially considering the large portions they dish up so you have an option to join us for lunch in the restaurant before making your way home on the Sunday.

We wont be arriving until late on Friday evening so please bring a bottle of mulled wine or some cakes or cookies or something and all get together. Apologies in advance if we are not their to meet you as you arrive

You can book right up until the last minute as they will be keeping that touring field EXCLUSIVELY for use by MOTORHOMEFUN now theres not many sites that do that xxxxxx
They have a golf course, a driving range, childrens play area, access to the beach, dog walking area and a fishing lake, see their website for more details.
