Querida was 8 weeks old last Thursday. She is a very wise, intelligent little dog,who is growing larger by the moment .
She has already taught herself to be clean in the house - she is a smart cookie and can charm people around her pads!

Let sleeping dogs lay.
She tends to sleep with one eye open just so she can see the signs for walkies.
that picture reminds me of many years ago decorating the outside of my cousin's flat. white walls and windows with black gloss window cills. My cousin's bedroom had a bay window with three connected cills. her bedroom was nicely decorated with a new pale carpet and white bedding

why is the room decor relevant? well she also had a cat, Gilby, or cooking fat! anyway, it was a nice warm summers day, so all the windows were open and the black cills were painted. Before the paint dried the cat walked out of one window, around the outside cill. Then with paws coated in black liquid gloss paint back into the bedroom, across the new carpet and on to the white bed

When my cousin came in and saw the mess, she was in tears of laughter. just one of many things that bloody cat did in his lifetime

Dogs have no shame, especially when hot, showing it all off to the world

Why should they have shame? They have no ulterior motive and nothing to hide, according to the story, it wasn't them that ate the forbidden fruit and were left needing fig leaves :D
