Last month at the C&CC NFOL in Kinross I ordered a Kojack Lite from Towsure. When it failed to arrive after 2 weeks I enquired and was told there were none in stock at any branch as they had all been sent back to the supplier. Apparantly there was a faulty batch which had leaks and failings to such a degree that Towsure put customer safety first and sent them back.
What is concerning is how many faulty ones are there out in the public domain that could cause serious injury unknowingly. I rang several caravan accessory dealers and not one of them had heard anything about the fault. Are we being kept in the dark? If you have had a faulty unti please report it here so we can see how widespread this problem is, how long it has been going on, etc. Maybe, just maybe, the main supplier may be able to make a comment!
BEWARE and check the safety of yours now.
