Hi All
We are in France (Vendee) and enjoying the Geist hugely. Had Gaslow fitted by the retailer and when I went to check the level gave it a small tap. The bracket fell off with the gauge. I then, stupidly, left it in the bottom of the gas locker and of course it fell out and was lost when we drove off.
My question is how the heck do these things work? It was just attached to the pipe with a plastic clip which is the thing that broke. There was no other obvious fitting.
... and of course my other question is are replacements available to simply clip on as before or have I broken something else without realising it?
The gas is working fine and costs us about £7.50 to refill the bottle. Well plaased.

Since 2005! 2000+ nights so far...
Every gauge I've seen breaks the clips! They sell spares, cheap.
THe gauge jsut clips on and its a magnetic action that turns it. Very clever.
I know one installer who forced a gauge on the wrong way so it never read right till I told the owner and they moved it around lol!
