AKA the marshel with or without the badge? oxford english referance dictionary....4 (in the UK) Judge's marshall - an official accompanying a judge on circuit, with secretarial and social duties. I like it......... secretarial / social duties... ie. car parking.. (sorry) 2 an officer arranging ceremonies, controlling proceedure at races etc., .. do we have races at Bath & West? OK giving out badges may count as ceremonies I suppose!
