Just when I was thinking - "Impressive" - you go and blow it. I've seen it on another one today.

I think maybe you were using the mobile forum Skin, when I deleted it over Christmas. I had to delete it as at the time I thought it might be one of the ways the hacker gained access. I'll look into it Geo

There used to be a MHF lite version for mobile... don't know where it is or if it's still available ...
last I heard from Jim
Hi Jim, I am working on a solution at the moment. Meanwhile on the home page, scroll down to the bottom left corner and choose "mobile" Once in, you will see that the front page doesn't render too well, but if you scroll back to the top left and choose forum things look a little slicker.

I cannot guarantee how long you will have access to that version as I am working on it, as and when, but right now it should speed you up.

it comes up on my posts too. I am using a Voddie dongle in the 'van camping out at C&C Devizes.

Was rather impressed with this sites software in recognising that.

Hi Jim

There is a free app called IP. Board Communities. You can add any forum you like to this one. I have motorhome fun on mine. ::bigsmile:

Hope this helps

Thanks Lesley

that put me on the right track, I have a BlackBerry Curve and have installed two mobile apps,

BerryBlab and Tapatalk, but neither work with Fun .. I think Jim has to add the plug-ins for them to work

Is there anyone else with a Blackberry Curve who has resolved this problem ?

Trouble is the plug-ins are full of holes. Every single day forums are having mysql injection attacks in their forums via Tapatalk especially , whilst an excellent app, has caused no end of heartache. Hackers using tapatalk inject hard to find code into obscure files, these point traffic to dodgy sites and before the forum owners know it Google has dropped them!!

When they come up with a secure VB version I will look at it again. Meanwhile I am exploring other lower bandwidth ideas for those on slow connections.

Thanks for explaining Jim, now trying out a different browser for Blackberry called Bolt. So far so good
