Best way to get a good rate seems to be to buy the currency in the country you are going to. Just get enough here to see you through the first couple of days, then change the rest at your destination but do shop around as rates vary......a lot!!!!!:thumb:

As a nationwide customer, we withdraw in France (calais cash point) and get the rate as was at the time of withdrawal. With a rate of 1.20 at present (nearly) I wont take
a rate of 111
