getting exited now 24 hours to go till we get it, biggest fear we will have when we go out in it is actually leaving it parked up in a car park or on the road with all our stuff in it , any one have any tips or bad experiences.

Congratulations on becoming motorhome owners , for many years we had a caravan and friends of our talked us into having a motorhome ,our thoughts were just like yours ( will we regret not having a car , will it be a pain to park up in supermarkets or carparks ) the answer to this is no it's not and we have never regretted changing , it's far more easier , so enjoy ...

Don't think you will regret changing, we never have and we changed years ago.

Don't imagine problems, remember what tugging taught you, but approach with an open mind.

Most of all enjoy a new experience.

Since 2008 & many years tugging
We changed from tugging 2 years ago best thing we ever did.

If you worry about leaving it parked with all your gear in you will never use it.
Just be aware of the surrounding when you park if you don't feel comfortable move on. I always tend to worry when we park the other half tells me not to be so stupid, & once we have walked off & the vans out of site I don't even think about it.

As others have said don't leave anything on show, a decent alarm will help as a deterrent but won't stop a professional.

If anything did happen material items can always be repaired or replaced get on and enjoy.
