Had this app a couple of years now,but all of a sudden I have no photos of any sites just a blank screen Have tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy Anybody got any ideas

Report it to the app makers using the button in the app. They are aware of a problem but need to know the number of people having problems and with which devices.

Yup. Downloaded the new app update this morning and photos are back Translated reviews are complete again too.

Although, during this last few weeks I’ve been using Park4night a bit more and while not quite as user friendly (for me) it has helped us find a couple of nightnsroos which were not on CC so now both apps get a scan through

I bought this a few years ago and do not use it that much but have never been asked for any money since. Am I doing something wrong or is it a one-off payment as if I remember correctly it was going to be an annual payment.

it's an annual subscription, I pay each year

what does it say on your app when you open it .. ?

It should say Full Version on main page , if not your subscription has ended and you have the free version

Downloaded it last month and it did help us out twice BUT its just as infallible as books. 4 sites closed for ages and still showing as active on the app.
I'd left my ACSI book and stellplatz books at home. Doh!!!
ACSI emailed a card to show. Superb service. I had 2017 books and maps but not current one but they sorted within 5 minutes
