Ford Based Motorhomes With AVIVA (1 Viewer)

I received this letter today from Comfort Insurance. I'm a bit miffed because a. I've got an A class with no Ford doors or door locks, and b. my research suggests that cat 6 trackers are fairly simple to disable, and AVIVA don't care what tracker is fitted as long as it is a minimum of Thatcham Cat. 6.

Can anyone suggest other brokers who don't require a tracker?

I'd give them a call (as they suggest) to discuss - they may have an alternative

I have, but the only alternative they have is Liverpool Victoria. I intend to add my daughter and her partner to my insurance shortly, and as she is a TV producer LV won't insure her for a Motorhome.

We are with Caravan and Motorhome Club no problems having a Ford insured with them and they were cheaper than most other companies

Explore different 'names' for your daughter's job ... it can make a difference.

Also try Safeguard, I've just taken out a policy with them on our new camper (not a Ford) and as they are very much one of the top MH insurers they may be able to help.
