Long time
No neighbours near enough.
Cooking smells go out thru extractor over cooker & electric fan in roof.
All fresh except split red lentils.
Yes cassette was on standby-not needed tho.
Was an evening meal although would be good for breakfast.
Don’t need Cobra when you’ve got French wine!
Tandoori refers to the mix-not enough room for a Tandoori oven!
And yes, showing off because I can. :D

Love a good curry !!
And that looks good !
We have found very few curry places to eat in France so take our own spices and pastes!!

Great stuff! You cant beat doing your own curries, less fat as no Ghee used, and roast and grind up your own spices, no jar muck!.
we are doing the same this weekend at Peterborough Rally, well nearly that is, as I have cooked batch of chicken curries, yellow split pea and spinach dahl, all of which have been portioned up and frozen. We will defrost them on the night, but not with a microwave as we dont have one in our German van.:(
To be honest as well, going out for a "ruby" is not as cheap as it used to be, and I would rather spend the dosh on buying our own ingredients, and cooking from scratch....yea I know I am a tight B, TinaL tells me so!.

Here’s a meal I made in the MoHo.

Nothing clever about that....

Clever is cooking toast on an open flame on the hob... (y)

And I have mastered that.. :dance2: (y)

I make good food in the mh every day ....well most days

Even jade has just had a dinner of dog biscuits , lettuce tomato and carrots ..wolfed it down

I had chicken instead of the dog biscuits and some garlic Italian seasoned potatoes.

I did a chicken balti a few nights back ...it was pretty good but was missing the accompaniments like @Shrimp had

They say “the way to a mans heart is through his stomach” MOH loves his food and I enjoy the cooking. 38 years of marriage tells me it’s working! We do have quite small dinner plates though
