This is probably an old chestnut but I have been searching for breakdown cover for France. Everyone I phone laughs ,tuts and then says sorry sir. We have a 1987 Renault Trafic Autosleeper Rapport and would like some form of cover in case of breakdown.
The vehicle has been thoroughly serviced etc together with new clutch, brakes, discs, bearings etc, etc,
Could anyone point me in the right direction please.

Less than £100 for Europe wide cover with no restriction age of van or on time away with Saga (if you are lucky enough to be that old!).

i dont think the cost is the issue here......its the fact that the van is 23 years old and its very difficult to get cover for anything over 15 years old in the uk, never mind in europe.:thumb:

The youngest vehicle I have is now 20 years old.
Am now with ADAC and they dont ask how old the vehicle is,becouse its you and yours that are covered, not the vehicle.
Not had chance to use them yet so dont know how good they are.
Have heard good reports of them though.
