Does anyone know if it's possible to see where an email sent to me has ended up?

Long story short, the people who administer my domain name made changes to their set-up recently and for some reason they changed my email forwarding destinations. I eventually found that my emails on one account were being directed to an old virgin account.

I changed the destination but now the emails don't seem to be going anywhere that I can find. I've sent several test emails but they haven't arrived where they are supposed to.

Their support take 48 hours to reply to my cries for help so I'm getting a bit desperate!

Two things you could try - 1 ask for delivery and any other reciepts (if your software allows) or if that fails 2 add about 20MB of pictures to an email. Chances are it will be rejected quickly but the delivery failure message might help you see where it might have gone.

You can look at the MX records for your domain to see where the world is being told to send your emails, using something like https://mxtoolbox.com/

They may end up in a different folder, try doing a search for them and see if they turn up. It's happened to me before, when I changed to gmail.

If IMAP check you're subscribed to the folders you want to see... And if using Outlook make sure the view settings are for the folders you want as well.
