If anybody is interested there is a nice van for sale, Concorde Vario panel van, 2009, Citroen 3 litre cam chain.

It has a rear double and a drop down, it will get snapped up I am sure, don't know how to do a link but its on ebay under concorde motorhomes @Jac Sprat this could be a possibility for you, just send a couple of pints in the post:D2

If it's in decent nick it will be gone soon for definitely.

They go for good money in Germany, its a fully winterised van, a bit high maybe for some but a rear double and a pull down double in 5.99 metres.

How taste is different, I love it, I would consider it definitely, great tourer, its just the front wheel drive that's puts me off which is why we have just bought a rear wheel drive Concorde.
LHD, it would go for much more than that in Germany, offer ÂŁ26000 cash and you have a real bargain.

Not my cup of tea at all, I really don't like what they've done for the roof

Unless someone is searching specifically for a Concorde Vario, then they are unlikely to know the dealer, who has been round a long time. Plus its in Halifax and many won't venture that far lol.

Yes, you are correct Canopus, I don't know the dealer and I,m from Pontefract originally so not too far away, I think it will go for someone who is looking for one and appreciates and knows the quality.
They are extremely expensive to buy new.

Looks like a nice pvc.
But I had no idea there was any connection between Concorde & Vario

Come on @Jac Sprat , you wanted a winterised panel van 5.99 metres, 2 double beds, great for skiing for you, good resale value, LHD for Europe.
Obviously depends on condition, any van in dependent on previous owners and the way its been used.
Worth a look surely if you like the style, some on here obviously don't though so horses for courses.

Yes, the Flairs are quality, I hope our Concorde is as good quality Martin construction wise as the flair.

It may look a bit different, but if you want a good quality van @Jac Sprat then this would be one I would make the effort to see. It certainly seems to tick all your must have boxes.

There may be a knowledgeble Funster near by who could go and take a peek at it for you while you are away.

Thanks Amy. It does look perfect - although people mentioned road handling issues with the height on reviews - nothing I'm not used to with the our big Hymer though Id imagine.
Hopefully the left hand drive will keep it hanging around until we're ready to look at it.

I don't think it's ugly just different
I've never liked the coachbuilt with the dipped roof after the cab I always thought they looked strange ....

But for the quality and practicality that vans a lot better than most of the pvc vans I've seen
