Good morning, has anyone stayed at the campsite 'Kintra Farm' on Islay? And did you meet the elderly lady? reviews say she is quite something! sounds like a female Basil Faulty!!

We used the port mor site near port Charlotte. We was told it’s not worth paying for kintra farm might just as well wild camp .

Yes..but not getting motorhome for about then months...so was thinking of booking a cottage..reviews are hilarious!! would love to stand back and watch the head on collision between my partner and her if she tried to tell him off!!

I can recommend Islay it’s bootiful. Friendly, just all round a lovely place. We sailed from Kennacraig and you pass a Tesco with garage about 15 miles before, fill up there as what ever the price is it will be at least 15p a litre more on Islay.
