If it’s the sticky back version you are looking at then I would recommend a small bottle,of Gorilla glue to accompany it as the Velcro glue is no good, but combine the two and you have an extremely useful product

Now if you’ll excuse me while I go and peal the wife off the side of the van

I know what you mean the glue is crap but the velcro holds well and it does have plenty of uses price is good though

Just reading this an having a laugh...
I used some of the heavy duty Velcro to hang a picture...
Didn' Get it quite level and when I tried to reposition it it just it pulled the Velcro and paint off the wall.....

You need to use super glue paint

Clearly when you painted the wall, you did not clean it down with Sugar Soap first. Just shoddy workmanship.
