We have had our van parked on the drive, our last trip was in November, the longest period we have been without getting away. It is hooked up to mains, has been most of the time, however went in yesterday, hab and vehicle battery levels both reading 11.5, is this too low or normal for the cold weather? We haven't got anything running that would drain the batteries.

I did think it shouldn't get that low, but as we are not drawing power out, and have the van on hook up surely it should't be that low in the first place?

Agreed, however your onboard charger may not be working correctly or the battery may be failing.

Van only 6 months old, (must update avatar) we had dual batteries fitted, will try and test onboard charger. We also have Vanbitz battery master fitted

Sounds like your on board charger aint' charging...check its switched on...
If it is does your panel have to be switched on for it to work..
With a battery master fitted both sets of batteries should have been well up around 13.4 volts or more... whatever your float charge voltage is..that will depend on what type battery it is set for.

Three years and counting, 30 years a tent tower.
Agree with Andy and Mark, something up with your charger or mains to the charger
