Vat exemption is a minefield, do not be mislead by dealers offering it willy nilly, it is not that simple as the Revenue are cracking down on it.

Found this site when researching VAT exemption!

Oh excellent. We normally talk of little else. We've gone astray this week, sorry.

But come to any of our meets and you can overdose on it. Usually we have a quick pint and a sandwich in the local pub then rush back to a powerpoint presentation or two or three followed by in depth discussion into the wee small hours.

We have Alistair Darling booked to give us a lecture on this at Newark. But there is a slight uncertainty about him coming depending on how quickly he gets through the budget business. He did say he'd delay the budget but we all felt that might be unfair of us to put him to that much trouble.
